This award winning salami is lovingly handcrafted from their Suffolk farm using pork which has been outdoor bred and finished in open straw barns. Taking the finest cuts of pork they add salt, spices, peppercorns, garlic and a little red wine and then hang them to air dry until they are ready to eat. Can be eaten straight from the pack or used in cooking.
