Chapel and Swan is a true brick-kiln smokehouse in Exning, Suffolk. The hot smoked salmon, made from prime Scottish and Faroese fish, is an artisan product, lightly brined with salt and muscavado sugar, slow-cured and then smoked over Black Forest oak in their hand-fired kiln. The blackened bricks and distinctive aroma of the oak give this product a signature character. This is a genuinely local product - there is no other smokehouse for miles around - and is made for you by a small team with over 50 years' experience between them.

The artisan process yields a less oily texture and offers a perfectly textured fillet with a rounded smokey flavour throughout.
